You know the routine. Wake up and get going.
Start the day programmed to accomplish our task list. That may be heading out
the door to work or getting the kids out of bed and out the door to
school--MAYBE BOTH! On top of that, we have all been working on saving money,
planning for the future, and becoming debt free. All these goals should be
our focus; however, I believe, as I'm sure you do, it's just as important to
be grateful for what we do have and realize that:

"...to not live the way you
want. I don't mean that you have to buy everything you want. I mean that you must
be happy with your day to day life. Make the changes needed to live your
life more fully."

"...to worry about money every
single day! It's important to watch your spending but destructive to let the worry wear
you down."
--Scott |
|
"...to argue with the people you
love." Arguing with your loved ones creates tension
for everyone involved.

|
"...to
forget to be grateful for every single blessing we do have. We all
have many, but our problems seem to preoccupy our minds, driving out
appreciation. Take the time to smell the roses and thank God for the
sense of smell and the delight to the eye."

"...to
stay in a job that sucks the life out of you. Someone once said, find
something that makes you happy and the money will follow."

"..to short to let money cause you to argue with your loved ones, and its too short to worry about money all the time. I feel its important to create a life that you want and love every single day....why are we working if we can't enjoy it."
--Valerie |
|
"...to not
spend time with your children."
--Amy |
|
"...to not
take care of yourself."
--Amy |
|
"...to not
spend time with your spouse."
--Amy |
|
"...to
worry about choices other people make in their lives."

"...to
make stupid purchases. Think of all the things you have purchased over
the years. Were they a good investment or did you just waste your
money? I try to think of that when I make a purchase, will it be
something I will regret purchasing in the future. I still make some
dumb purchases, but not nearly as many as I would if I did not have
this philosophy."
